World Science Festival Brisbane

World Science Festival Brisbane reinforces Queensland’s position as a knowledge economy and ignites new and challenging discussions about Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) so that more and more people experience the value, impacts and wonder of science.
Queensland Museum has represented this festival of all things science since 2016. The festival is hosted in Brisbane each year in March, reaching regional Queensland throughout the year.

Behind the Scenes Tours are currently suspended.
Delve into the mysterious unseen world of the Museum’s collection stores with our expert tour guides. The Museum is like an iceberg – only a small part of our huge collection is on display. Behind the scenes, we have an amazing world to explore, with millions of objects and specimens.
